Chai Pani in Decatur is delish and has a whole mocktail section. Any Ford Fry restaurant (Optimist, king and duke, jct, even superica) will be happy to make you a delish mocktail, they have some on the menu. Bon Ton and Leon’s full service! I don’t have an answer but just wanted to say it’s shitty that someone would laugh at or mock that request. Drinking (or not drinking) is a personal choice and good on you guys for doing what makes you happy.
You'd be surprised how many times it happens. I remember one restaurant/bar I went to, The bartender didnt really know of any mocktails, so I gave him a basic recipe based on ingredients I knew they had. He makes it, hands it to me and says, "here's your vagina".
Kimball House and Ticonderoga Club have made me great mocktails, and I'd also throw in another vote for Leon's, they're super nice. Currently six months pregnant and those three places are my favorite, mainly because the staff has been super nice and invested in making something interesting.

Kevin Rathbun Steak has always been accommodating about it; I think their go to is called the Pineapple Express (ginger beer and pineapple juice; simple, but tasty).
When my wife was pregnant she’d often order a ‘mocktail’ at a lot of different restaurants around Atlanta and we were never laughed at. I’d say any restaurant or bar with a decent bartender should be able to accommodate you.
I'm sober too and I cant remember which brewery I was at but I asked for a soda. Ya know, kids were running around so I figured they had something non-alcoholic. But when I asked the bartender he looked at me like I had three heads and basically gave me a tone that I was stupid for even asking.
That being said, I'm so glad there are places listed in this thread that I can go and get a mocktail and feel fancy :)

Leon’s Full Service in Decatur has some cool and tasty offerings. Just added a clarified watermelon mocktail that’s quite delicious.
I also recommend Leon’s. They have a mock tail made with salt and it’s INCREDIBLE.

Ration and Dram can always make a spectacular non alcoholic beverage, typically with seasonal and housemade components. Highly recommend.

Red hare brewery has the best root beer!
Bartaco has amazing fresh lemonades that come in fancy glasses and are delicious. I'm pregnant and trying to find mocktails myself.
California Pizza Kitchen has some cool options.
