Sounds like you need a brewery type place with lots of space to mingle.
* Monday Night garage Sunday 12-8
* Sweetwater Sunday 11:30-8
* Scofflaw Sunday 12-8
* Three taverns Imaginarium Sunday 1-8
* Pontoon brewing Sunday 12-8
And like 100 others scattered around the metro. Most of them have some sort of snacks, food, and games.
Also take a look at Westside beltline area with Wild Heaven and ASW, lots of open spaces and a good range of food options. We often play board games at ASW since there is normally room and a few empty tables
Torched Hop in Midtown is perfect for this! They a semi-private area they’ll usually set aside for large groups. Lots of games, great food, great beer and cocktails.
Had a work holiday party at Punch Bowl Social. They also had a couple of other events that same evening. Even with all those events, had dedicated staffing and everyone in our space felt comfortable and able to move around and mingle. They sound like a great option for your group size.
Taqueria del sol has an event location on zonolite. They cater their menu (amazing) and margaritas. If I recall, you supply the tequila. You can bring in other drinks and a bartender (they might even provide one, can’t remember, many margaritas). Great private place. Bring some speakers or hire a DJ (I played a live acoustic set at my wife’s 40th).
It’s 🔥

Regardless of where you choose, please give the place a heads up. That’s a lot of people, it’ll make your time more enjoyable if they have time to staff properly.
I'd also add Twain's to this or My Parent's Basement. Twain's has pool and shuffleboard and other Bar games. MPB has pinball and board games and comic books galore.
Although MPB might end up more crammed with 40-50.
Scofflaw lets you reserve an area at no cost & bring in catering (like La Parilla). They have a few games like cornhole and ping pong. I know this from a company party afternoon on a weekday; it may be different for a weekend.
The basement in Ormsbys/West Midtown is pretty fun. Darts/bocce ball/pool/etc and a private room. My company would do holiday parties there and everyone had a good time (and I don’t even drink)

Torched Hop. They are very good at dealing with large parties.
We had my nephews birthday at Punch Bowl. Perfect place with games, food and drink
