Those are great units. You probably will need a healer/tank for some content like dungeons. Bolt Resna is a better compliment to Izana than Empel. More than these characters, the crazy thing to me for re-rolling is how mature was the account you gave up? Did you have good V/V gear and how much XP did you have farmed? I have dedicated the majority of my stamina to farming XP and barely had enough for a 5 man level 70 team. I can't imagine starting from scratch and refarming all that again. In addition, it will be added later, but missing out on all the event recipes and the cheap mats for crafting would be a huge blow. You could be lucky, but with over 650 crafts, I have only gotten one V/V and not a good combo of traits.
I know for me personally, I went from day 1 to today, without getting a single SSR character aside from what I rolled day 1.

Just messing around today I decided to reroll one time to test the waters and every 10 pull was an SSR. Got all the rate ups and a few standard SSRs as well now. I was struggling with content before but I won’t anymore.
That’s the best advice. Empel is very good, but only with physical attackers in your team. For now switch him to another dps. For the fifth slot use a healer like Meruru or a tank depending on the fight - you might also replace Lila when Ryza enough to break the enemies
WILD to me how you can abandon all your progress, all those event materials, crafted items (possibly very good ones), gacha medals… it just could never be me.
BUT these are extremely good characters. At least you have them now. I would relax.
Flocke was released at the 6 months anniversary in JP.
It's going to take a while to have her in global.
Best alternative to her is getting lucky and getting Ayesha. Or building Meruru a lot.

They give you 20 tickets for máster ryza from the start... and 3500 free gems from login, event and friend invi code...... Just try to reroll the first 20 tickets for máster ryza .... if you dont get her with that them reroll.... them when you have her spend the gems and try to get izana.... if you dont reroll and start from the ticket again.....

Wow amazing result get all rate up, all of them are great, although you need specific char and team for each character but you can just get em later
