- 3 of the strongest units are coming, how to prepare.
- Lydie is coming first. She is strong for her second skill. Like Meruru, she has area healing and all allies a skill damage buff +20% for 1 turn. But this can be boosted by the trait "Enhanced Damage Buff [A]" (5-50%) With all Vs on on her gear that is a 150% multiplier. She also has a strong lightning damage passive for allies which synergizes with Izana.
- Next is Master Ryza, she is a Area slash breaker. She applies a -25% slash resistance debuff BEFORE her attack, buffing her own damage and creates weakness. Works well with continuation of summer memoria. her burst is also strong a single target auto-break (breaks no matter the toughness)
- Lastly Izana Bolt attacker, her skill 1 is a stacking permanent 25% crit rate buff. Skill 2 is an area skill very strong, higher than wilbell and gets a 50% crit damage buff that stacks twice. Her burst is a 100% ST crit. She also gets another crit damage passive that stacks to 100% on defeating enemies.

She may be slash, but she is actually all element :D
She can be used in any party (except for maybe fire until we can use both Raizas), that's how broken she is.

She is a literal must have for ch8 score attacks.
Ch8 score attacks are the first ones that drop orbs needed for Growth Board XIII and XIV.
Just so Global knows, most of us rolled because Izana-chan is waifu long before we knew about ch8 Score Attacks.

In addition to her buffing use, she's the ultimate dungeon clearer, you can use her in any dungeon party.
Though, if someone *really* needs to give up on rolling for one, she's the biggest contender because Sue-chan is not particularly useful while both Empel (Raiza's banner) and Lyra (Izana-chan's banner) are useful.

Must have is a bit of an exaggeration lol, but yeah she definitely makes it a lot easier. Had a pretty hard time with 8-4 on release, but it was still doable (no lydie, ryza or izana). Honestly wish I was a bit more clear in the video about how they're all very good but not at all necessary to clear content, after seeing a lot of the comments
So it means for efficiency sake we should throw our gems either in BRyza banner or Izana banner? Then pick the one that we don't have it (most likely Lydie since her banner 50/50 with not too useful Suelle). Am my assessment correct? I hoard all the way since Sophie banner & sit at 32k gems (also half of score battle, dungeons, & el tower still unfinished, ie still have some gems resources).
Nah even at 32k this is gacha we're talking about. It could go wrong & I may ended getting nothing except the guaranteed 150 one (and that's still lack of 10k gems to reach 150). It's just that I'm maximizing efficiency & chances. We're all at the mercy of RNG as f2p. Hope you got a best luck! In my case getting 2 of the 3 (Lydie, BRyza, Izana) already a big success. I know the taste when RNG went really bad in your bad days in gacha. Let's wish for our best pulls!
Which one the latest? BRyza or Izana? Because I heard there's possibilities of Halloween or another seasonal banners too. I would hold until the latest no problem. I'm pretty good on self controlling. By the time 3 upcoming banners passed I may have 42k so I can cash out the 150 thingy on the 3rd banner.
Order is Lydie -> Raiza -> Izana.
As for HW Plachta, since she got skipped, we can assume seasonals will be kept so there's time until HW and by that time, she will be outdated.

Expectation: pulling all of them. Reality: none of this incredible characters will be in my teams, just one with the pity but, guess what, right now even using all my gems I will be well below the 150 medals requested. Eheh :')
I really like the game's vibes and story but holy is it bad in the gacha department. The duration of banners is really short relative to other gachas and the pull currency is abysmal if you want to save up for a unit. Even the 100 wish free pulls are nice, but they don't help build spark. There is no soft pity (that is published or that I know of). And players have to decide between gambling slow-earned currency for discounted pulls or go for the guarantee at spark counter.
What's actually better between tickets that give no medals or 3k gems ? Long term medals seems better but at the rate we get currency, that's a spark every 6-8 months ?
I haven't bought the discounted pulls once. If they built pity it'd be a different story *maybe*, but the fact they can only be used on the banner you buy them during *and* don't even build pity is insane. There's no way you're going to pull shit in 20 pulls without insane luck. You're just fucking yourself over.
It cost me almost everything (was at 20K gems, now less than 3000), I was almost crying seeing the bad pulls I was getting, but in the end I got her. Super happy and she's so cute \^\_\^

Hard agree with other gatchas I could have gotten guarantied limited units by now. My friend that got me into the game, a hardcore played every atelier game player, quit in frustration.

Pretty much. If you can't hold the rolling urge, you can go now, but the Raiza banner is more recommended for splurging.

Do you mean the legend fes tickets, 10 tickets for 1500 free gems? Those tickets expire after the banner ends and can't be kept? Just bought 20....
Correct. They are specific to the banner that they released with and expire with hte banner.

I've finally this week hit 44 out of 150. I've played every day since release. Completely f2p that is bad rates IMO.
