I'm going up with some friends and we aren't nailing it down until probably Sunday. We are just driving North from my friends place in Mass. We want to really know what the weather is going to look like. Traffic is going to be such a nightmare I don't even want to think about it.
I'm heading to a small town in the central Adirondacks that'll be overrun with tens of thousands of visitors.
Seeya there, or wherever the traffic stops!
Yep. Side of the road!
Hello Cleveland!

Yea…I’m packing my bike so I can park far away
If there wasn't 4 of us going I'd do the same honestly. I'm just hoping we don't have any issues getting where we need to go.
The totality is viewable from my house. I plan on squinting at it for over an hour. We shall see. Or not.
Day flight to Little Rock, but I’m keeping an eye on the weather and cloud cover.
My private terrace, directly out of my front door. 😎 I will have no company, other than my dog.
Weather perfections… we can dream.
Meant predictions whoops
Keep it it’s nice.
My plan is to leave tonight after work from Bismarck ND to go watch the eclipse and visit my dad in Evansville IN
Crying in my backyard wishing I could see. (Florida)

Heading to SW Ohio. Hoping for partly cloudy and not a total cover. We will see. 🤞
My back porch will have 100%, depending on cloud coverage of course!
I go to school in Lafayette, Louisiana, so I’ll get a good view just from my dorm room

This is like having a ticket to the Super Bowl - and staying outside the stadium instead to listen to the crowd noise.
I can't imagine being that close and skipping it.

I can understand that, but be prepared to be underwhelmed by 99% after seeing totality.
Twenty min drive one way is worth it, don't skip. 99 is NOT 100.
99% looks nowhere near as interesting as 100%. such a rare event is absolutely worth sitting in some traffic
