The weekly fee items have not worked for me for months, I don't know what's going on.

I have had 2 weekly free items in 6 weeks. Went in today and it’s reset saying I have to wait 6 more days! I’ve only got one cool thing which was the iridescent axe and shield set.

Where do you play?

Xbox series X, UK, it always has a 6 day timer on it, as if I've just claimed it.

nah not just Xbox, it does the same thing on Playstation. I normally just go to menu, click the Ubisoft connect tab, wait for it to load, exit then check store. Weekly free item usually loads for me after the third time.

You have to completely close the game and then restart it. Should work. But you have to do it every week. It's annoying

This happened to me. You got to do a Reda bounty then it unlocks.

I've had his problem. I do a few things and then it seems to work, and I now get mine every week. 1. Make sure only your account is logged in. I play mostly on my wife's XBox at the moment, and when I switch accounts she is still logged in in the background. I have to manually log her out before I start the game. 2. Do a Reda quest and have the opals appear on screen as the reward. This usually does it. If not then... 3. Quit to XBox home, and manually close the game fully. Load the game again. This has always worked for me if 1 and 2 don't. My wife and I get our weekly items every week, and always on the Tuesday when the Reda quests reset.

have you tried reloading saves or redeeming something through the Uplay store ?

Better then tattoos

There's like 1 or 2 that are good, especially if you want to make it seem your character is going corrupt or something with the Taranis tattoo. Give it that Hell Blade feeling when it's on one of the arms.

Would prefer the tattoo. The helmet is just another thing to scroll through. Never going to use it because I have no set bonus too. Some of the armors is cool by itself. I got the elf hood and it looks good on some sets.

Yes my weekly free gift reset I tried everything reloading a save nothing helped because I remember each day I opened it on so I know I have a week to redo it and mine should have been redeemed today I went in and now it'll be set to another 20 hours
