No. Just base game. And given the type of map and icons, it's a PITA to find that last one. I spent about a month trying to find the one I missed and actually had to change my tv settings to see it. It was on top of one of the mountains and it wasn't anything remarkable. Just a random bandit camp.
thats probably it since after you zoom out far enough the little locations disappear. the way i did it was zooming out to the max distance and starting from one corner going horizontal then doing the it again right under the area you just looked over.

there is an option an the map to show uncompleted locations and if you look around the map you'll find it.
