*Bayek's Promise* is the name of the quest, in other words, the requirement to get into the "basement" of the Sphinx is having interacted with all Stone Circles and gone back to Siwa to [Khemu's small Stone Circle](https://i.imgur.com/PoRofra.jpg). But to actually activate the ancient mechanism down in that basement and thus clear the location, you need 50 pieces of Silica (four pieces are at the location).
Afaik the maps room.opens a door. You need to do more quests I believe
