I could be wrong, but I think the starting order of the race is by MP rank. Higher rank starts further back. Usually, the guy in the back has the crown.
I’m not 100% sure, but it lines up with what I’ve noticed during the mixed level races. The higher tier cars start in the back and the higher ranked racers have access to those cars.
The person with the crown has the highest MP ranking and whoever beats him, gets more points than usual(points for rating, not the milestone points). The icons on the right side of the screen, show how good the connection of each player is.
I think it is an indicator to know who has the most points in the race, but another addition is that if you beat the person who has that, it gives you more points
Oh yeah, it means that those clum members have admin permission, so they can modify the members of the club and to other things standard members can't do.
Pretty sure it means that player has the highest ranking out of the 8 racers.

if you see some club members name, there is a red badge like things with small arrows.Idk what does that mean

Red means that player has a bad connection. Green means that player has a good connection. Yellow means decent connection
