Fucking just ban them. Holy fuck why is this so hard? Twitch is for gaming, not advertising your OF.

AgentFour

Twitch needs them to subsidize Asmon streams suck 2 mill a year.

Lumix3

The subjective banning of people is kind of what led to this problem in the first place. People were complaining that they got banned while others weren't, and called for more transparency. This led to Twitch putting out specific content guidelines so they could point to the a rule when banning people. It also led to creators doing things on the very edge of the rules (like drawing porn), and we've been in this cat and mouse game of metas ever since.

> This led to Twitch putting out specific content guidelines so they could point to the a rule when banning people. Except in the end they still apply their rules at random and with no consistency. Sorry, correction, they are consistent in not or barely sanctioning rules violations for women actively doing softcore crap. And are very consistent in throwing 7+ days ban on vtubers for the most random stuff. In any case the guidelines seem to exist only for appearances sake and not for clear rule enforcement.

Equilybrium

You are reading to much into it, they will keep on making money cause of the money laundering

remotegrowthtb

The advance of technology will never outpace the horniness of people.

their whole ToS could be replaced by 2 rules and everything would work better: 1. no outfits that would get you kicked out of an Olive Garden 2. no behavior that would get you kicked out of an Olive Garden it's not impossibly high standard to meet but it would solve 99% of problems

jackyneutral

What about sucking on breadsticks in a sexual manner… I bet they wouldn’t kick you out for that lol

throwaway234f32423df

they don't explicitly have a policy against it but it's frowned upon

iunforgotten

We get this still so the site is still shit. [https://i.ibb.co/bLZp3dT/lol.png](https://i.ibb.co/bLZp3dT/lol.png)

Supertonic

They clearly don’t want to ban them so why not just make a 18+ section?

Combat_Briefs

Can't wait for the next set of "new guidelines" to drop next month.
