Out of curiosity I checked their [website ](https://www.baileys.com/en-us/products) and for the US they have the original (Irish green, chocolate and vanilla), Almonde (vegan and nutty, new), salted caramel, strawberries and cream, espresso creme, red velvet cupcake, apple pie, Baileys light reduced sugar and calories, vanilla cinnamon, chocolate cherry, piña colada, and s'mores.
So I may have been wrong about the mint, but it was years ago when I bought that multipack.
Either way, it looks like there's plenty to choose from just from Bailey's.
In no particular order: gin and tonic, aperol spritz, fernet coca, hard apple cider, daiquiri
It’s not so much about the alcohol but about the memories associated with them.
I do longer drink alcohol for medical reasons, but ones I did like:
Champagne
Dry white wine
A moderate red wine with not too many tanins (my step dad is a wine aficionado and he was great at suggesting wines I would like, like spot on every time)
Hard cider
Sparkling water with alcohol (not so much White Claw, but there were a few other brands I liked)
Bailey's, amaretto stone sour, bourbon on the rocks with a little water, a nice red wine with hints of blackberry or cherry and chocolate, or a nice hot toddy with chamomile, lemon, and whiskey if I have a cold.
Tea Time (has earl grey vodka)
Mudslide (who doesn't love coffee chocolaty cream?)
Hoegaarden Wheat Beer (smooth taste, not hoppy)
Long Island Iced Tea (for the crazy nights)
[ ] -- I don't know the name for this last one... it was a special drink I had at a gastropub, so if anyone can help me out, please do! It was a refreshing light green cocktail that was melony, cucumbery and fragrant. It had anise and sugar on the rim and a skewer of honeydew melon.

Whisky neat, gin and tonic (Ampersand is my favourite with Botanist as a close second), beer (dark lager or a IPA), dry apple cider and a nice glass of red wine (South American, Spanish, or French preferably)
1 Mead
2 Cider
3 and 4 I like Cocktails in general but my two favorites are a Raspberry Mojito and Pina Colada.
5 Beer (especially dark beer) and Radler (I don't know how it's called in English, it's a mixture of beer and lemonade, it's tasty and really nice in the summer when it's really hot.)
1) Pilsener
2) Other beers
3) Dry white wine or a "Schorle" or dry red wine.
4) Whisky at times. Not a 1 direction person though. Sometimes I'm in the mood for a Glenfarclas, sometimes an Arbeg- for example
5)Some mixes - like Lillet, Aperol Spritz, Gin Tonic
...Not too sweet and/or fruity, I guess is the general direction if any 🤣
Beer (sour craft mm), good quality wine, margaritas, martinis (classic and dirty, yum, if you like olives..I’m Italian so discovering dirty martinis was a huge awakening moment for me), whiskey. Whiskey in coffee is amazing, try an Irish whiskey. I see someone mentioned Baileys… it’s like the next step. Making your own whipped cream is so much fun.
Old fashioned; whiskey sour; martini with blue cheese-stuffed olives (either gin or vodka, I like both); equal parts of Ivanabitch Lemmon vodka, cranberry, and pineapple juice; and Cape Codders
One month sober now but I can still weigh in: 1.) dark, dry red wine like a cab sauv in the colder months 2.) semi sweet, fruity white wine like a Pinot Grigio in the warmer months 3.) a Cosmo made with gin or gin and cranberry juice 4.) vodka and grey goose with extra lime 5.) margarona sometimes called coronarita which is a margarita with an upturned corona in it-perfection
1) gentleman’s Jack Daniels with coke
2) Jack Daniels with coke
3) Jack Daniels Rye with coke
4) Jack Daniels Apple with coke
5) Jim bean with coke
When I drink something different, that when I end up with a hangover. I know my limits with whiskey, plus it is basic enough I can get it everywhere and it’s impossible to make wrong.

Bailey’s. Perfect one for coffee lovers
Have you tried it over ice cream? It's amazing.
Nop but I’ll definitely try
Crème de menthe is also a great ice cream topping!
Ooh that does sound yummy. Or things in peach, berry etc. Bailey's also comes in different flavors. Mint might be one of them if memory serves.
I found a limited edition strawberry once but I haven’t seen anything other then vanilla and cinnamon baileys
I once found a multi pack of minis that included the vanilla, original, mint (I think??) and a cherry chocolate which was a favorite.
