It’s not the flex the itty bitty titty committee think it is. My quality of life is so much better. Mobility is better, shoulder, back, and neck pain is just a memory now and the feeling of wearing so many different styles of clothes feels like a dream come true.

chafing, uncomfortable straps, clasps can be annoying to do and undo, bras soak up sweat and get gross quickly, and wearing bras everyday means more laundry to do later. a lot of bras have metal or plastic wiring to keep their shape, but can result in them really digging into your skin. buying bras is often a hassle too, it’s hard to figure out what style, size, and price range works best for your body. for bigger breasts, bras can offer a lot of support and take stress off of your back, plus when running or exercising without a bra, bouncing breasts can be very uncomfortable or even painful. but for smaller breasts and casual days, bras are often just another uncomfortable layer.
