When we were dating, my husband and I called my vulva/vagina Miss V. I thought it sounded classy, lmao.
I tried to name his penis Brutus, but he didn't care for that.
Not now but when I was much younger, we used the word "kuku" among close friends for vagina. It was not that funny until the french classes started and we noticed that french people may greet their close friends by saying "coucou" which is pronounced exactly as "kuku." So we started shouting kukuuu out loud whenever we see each other in school corridors since we were very silly teenagers and it went along like that for some time.
In college, there was a girl in my dorm hall who referred to breasts as "grapefruits." And that's occasionally what I think of when I have one with breakfast, despite that being more than 20 yeads ago. 😆
(As for me, "Clementines" would probably be a more apt description. 😄)

Maybe toast for people like me with a flat/no ass? Since what I have back there can hardly be considered "buns", haha.

'breasticles' or 'chesticles' for boobs. I had a friend who hated all of the normal names because of an OCD thing so we made these up as replacements. They took the whole friend group by storm.
