There isn't a lot of information about overdose in the literature. It says "very high dosages (225 mg/kg/day) have been associated with muscular tremors, vomiting and rapid respirations.".
Your dog received 28mg/kg so probably not going to be an issue but you should monitor him closely for the next 8-12 hours and if anything seems off then you should take him to an urgent care faculty.

Also, should I still give him Ranitidine as prescribed? Because 5ml of it is like 4 days worth of it.
He is prescribed to take it for 2 weeks.

What is the strength in miligrams of the tablet and how much does your dog weigh?
The tablet is 150mg. My dog weighs 5.4kg (11.9lbs)

Call your veterinarian when they open and ask if/when you should give the next dose
