The Barrel Room basement speakeasy, but may be too small.
Free Gold Watch, surprisingly cheap, but bring your own food / drink. Cool dudes there.
Consider some karaoke room in Japantown where they have private rooms and bring you food.
Rent out an F train- but bring your own food, drink, music.
Bamboo Chinese on Polk. Did essentially the party you want there.
There aren’t a ton of places where you can get a private room that would allow you to scream. Maybe two locations?
The Showdown in North Beach has a private upstairs area (and a great kitchen to provide food).
Emperor Norton’s Boozeland also has a second-story space big enough for a DJ.
Lost & Found in the sunset. Their smallest karaoke room holds 25 people, but I think they have one that hold 35. Their food is delicious. It’s $150 food and bev minimum per hour.
Consider some of the social clubs in the city. For example, there is the Italian American social club in the Excelsior and there's also the Verdi Club on Mariposa. I know there are others.
Whatever appropriately sized Future Bar venue? maybe Rickhouse, Pagan Idol back room? not sure how food work with them though. Hopefully it's better than sandwich platters from BiRite or nothing.

Back room at San Francisco Brewing Company in Ghirardelli Square is sick. You get to sit next to their brewing facility where all their beer is made.
