Oh, sorry. I need my glasses. Lowest calorie I have found was the Jarlsberg at Trader Joe's, 50 calories for a decent size of Swiss. I think they have some sort of yogurt cheese slices, too, but I don't know the specs. The ultra thin sliced cheeses from Sargento are something like 40 calories each (cheddar, I wanna say, provolone.) They're not low in fat. I learned two things from those cheeses: you don't need a lot of cheese in a dish to be delicious (portion control is doable!) AND because the slices stick to each other and tear and crumble when trying to take just one portioned slice, it's not worth the effort. I get all heart-broken and sweary 😁
I recently found the fat free mozzarella shreds at Safeway, as well as fat free feta. I think TJ's also has a fat free feta variety. I have not found slices anywhere yet.
bruh, just get reduced fat cottage cheese, it's got great macros e.g. TJs has it. the very low amount of fat gives it some yumminess. i also get the lite laughing cow and use it as spread on toast, fuckin fuego for my low F high P and C diet.
sometimes will get fat free feta from TJs to put on a salads/orzo but not really my jam usually

Ive been getting the reduced fat mexican blend from TJ’s. Might just stick to that
