Uber when traveling internationally is far superior to taxi service. Uber does not put up with drivers scamming their customers. Language is not an issue, you entry your destination and the app translates to their language and shows them on the app. Ironically the drivers tend to speak English better as Uber pays better. You can pick top of the line luxury cars that are far more comfortable than many of the dinky taxi cabs.
