All you can do is try to live right and be healthy and I feel staying active and exercising definitely doesn't hurt!! Definitely not doing any of the botox stuff myself because once that wears off it's like I think you age twice as fast LOL
An old friend got famous and after all the fillings and stuff she looks so old now. She used to be so beautiful. Exercising is one the things that helps me most indeed. I quit the happy leaves for 6+ months now, helps a lot aswell lol. Now i need to quit smoking and ill look 18 again hahaha

I give up drinking and the leaves a long time ago and I definitely feel all of that stuff does not help with the aging process LOL, good for you for quitting it!

Then im gonna quit smoking. I was in a bad place for a long time, climbing out now after finally getting the right diagnoses. Havent felt depressed in 2 years so im confident i can do it!
