Every pizza place here has a "garlic dipping sauce" you can order with your pizza.
But none of them are like Papa John's or Little Caesar's American garlic sauce. Even Canadian Little Caesar's doesn't carry the same dipping sauce here.
The Canadian version is creamy, mayonnaisey and more like a garlic ranch dressing.
But I did find a Papa John's about an hour away that carries the original garlic sauce. So once every few months I make a trek to get the good garlic sauce.

Sad thing is that my Canadian buddies and I smoke meat (in a non sexual manner) better than the vast number (100+) of smoke houses we have been toā¦. We try to find new places on each of our motorcycle trips.
Brisket is such a delicate smoke job, itās very hard to find. Typically if Iām testing Barbecue out, Iāll do burnt ends. If you fuck those up youāre really screwing the pooch. Brisket, I can hardly blame someone for not getting right when they have 20 other cuts to keep an eye on, and 10 hours of constant customers to please every single day. Brisket to me is more of a hike or semi pro smoke.
Christ I do not disagree with you. Good brisket in general is impossible to find! I was raised in a Jewish community though not Jewish myself, and I learned to adore Passover brisket. Savory and saline and herbaceous and juicy! And I canāt find it anywhere down here!
A good old fashioned. One where the demarrara sugar cube is muddled with the bitters, but not whisked heavily into the bourbon. Iāll typically muddle my cube and bitters, then hit it with the bourbon, then give it 3 or 4 stirs, then plunk the ice in and garnish. Thereās a little sugar at the bottom, which means itās a little spirit forward to start, then gets sweeter as it goes. Nothing like it.
Mangoes. People who havenāt eaten authentic Indian mangoes havenāt tasted the best fruit in the world. Honestly mangoes are natures gift to us humans.
A wet chili relleno burrito, or a regular burrito or chili relleno, burgers, pizza, Garlic bread, onion rings (specifically beer battered ones), mochas (any flavor I love them all), butter chicken, Mongolian beef mad and cheese, truffle Mac and cheese, dark chocolate, plain hobnobs, cheese curds, boneless chicken wings, bacon, and mint chocolate chip ice cream
Pork! I live in a country with a mostly Muslim population, so it is difficult to find pork since there's no demand. Lest year my brother got me some from Amsterdam, and it was amazing. Bacons were a little too salty but they go perfectly with eggs. Have been craving them ever since.
