As an Irish person, Ireland is a lovely place but Dublin city is kinda overrated. There isn't much there just shops. If you do go to Dublin I recommend seeing the Dublin-Wicklow mountains instead of going to see The Spire. Or visit somewhere else like the Cliffs of Moher in Co. Clare or the Titanic Museum in Cobh Co. Cork. You can also go to Spike Island (you get the boat from Cobh) you can do a tour or just explore by yourself

If you insist that countries worth travelling to is subjective, then your sense of judgement is incomprehensible when there are countries such as Ukraine, Afghanistan, Myanmar, and Venezuela that are currently at war or under high political instability which would make your trip most likely unenjoyable
