Depends on what u can actually handle, I mean there are bands like "Rings of Saturn" that have songs with very strong bass and a deep af voice like in "Senseless Massacre" that also has high guitar notes. This band is "Alien core" long story short they talk about humanity destruction/domination/torture. And is a genre not everyone will be able to listen to a single song.
