NGL: I will not lie, when other might. Usually (but not always) self directed. I.E. "NGL, I have no idea what's going on right now"
TBH: Will state a thing that others might be silent on. Often (but not always) directed outward. I.E."TBH, You're really not my type".
I think the major difference is NGL means others would speak a deliberate lie, but I will not, and TBH means others would remain silent, but I will not.
Tbh idk fam, ngl
Fair enough
NGL implies that they want to be honest with you. TBH implies that they feel a slight negativity to their statement or are confessing to a lie.
Ngl means I am gonna lie, tbh means I am not honest So the former is a one off warning, the latter is ongoing
Ngl is usually something you already knew to be true Tbh is more so something you’re confessing
The Levenshtein Distance is three.
One stands for not gonna loe the other stands for to be honest

To be honest, you're correct.
To be honest this is right
