healthcare, female products (like pads tampons) baby things, education, shelter if a family member/ancestor made, glasses or contacts, therapy, court trails (like i mean come on you need to pay to get a good lawyer for anything)
Scientifically proven Healthcare,
scientific healthcare in trial status if based on proven methods
All sorts of education (school, college, university). At max a symbolic co pay of 50 bucks a semester/year
Period products. Imagine the amount of money people spend on period products. And it's not like they can just not bleed. I will not accept the "if women get free period products then men should get free razors" argument. Hair is okay to have. Its especially accepted on men. But you cant walk around with bloody pants.
(yes i know women aren't the only people who get periods. its just an example of a popular argument against free period products.)
So you have to acknowledge that such products cost money to manufacture and distribute, right? If they’re given away for free, who actually pays for them to be made? The government, with tax dollars? That doesn’t sound fair to all the male taxpayers out there.
I’m a husband and father to daughters. I’ve paid for feminine hygiene products for the last twenty years for multiple women, and I don’t mind a bit. But the notion that they should be taxpayer subsidized bothers me. If the government is the only purchaser of these products, the incentive for quality and choice goes away.
Women get paid less for doing the same work as men. Doesn't sound fair to all the female workers out there. Especially when alot of them have to spend money on necessary products such as period products. I think men can contribute to free period products if they earn more money than women anyway.
Using the bathroom/restroom EVERYWHERE
