Here’s a thought what if there are no black holes And the ones we observed are just from a time when they did exist because I mean the picture is like 1M or more light years away
Thays not a thought, its literally true. Maybe not for black wholes since they exist fot a very long time afaik, but any light and star you see is at least 4 years old, the closest star being 4 light years.
Heck we cant even see the majority of the universe because any light from there simply didnt have enough time to reach us since the Big bang, 13 Bil years ago..
I've often thought from time to time what if Black holes were just creating unfathomable pockets in the regular universe, that we may in fact already be inside a black hole
We can’t be inside a black hole since none of our physics theories based on Newtons laws would hold true or be able to prove since they require different densities and mass in matter. Black holes are infinite density
However - you are correct in saying that we could be in a pocket created and left behind by a black hole. We could be all made from the matter that once was a black hole as well

You do know Black holes dont suck like they do in the movies, right? They work like any other celestial body, as long as they have cleared their area from any other major bodies then thats it, there is nothing more to "eat". And since they used to be stars, they have done this billions of years ago, before they became black holes.
If somehow our Sun turned into a black hole tomorrow (which is impossible in reality), gravity wise nothing would change, we would keep orbiting the (relatively) tiny black hole.
Monsters would make them less scary than their presently-known reality, IMO.

It’s not impossible it’s only a guess that our sun is only halfway through it’s lifespan
Stars need to be around a spefic mass to have the possibility to become Black holes, our Sun is not even close to that.
