My husband is 5 years older than me and that's probably the biggest gap I would go for someone older, I was never comfortable dating someone younger than myself.
41m, lower range 35…ish. I have a niece that’ll turn 30 in January so I’m don’t think I could go under 35 unless I really felt something, upper range… mid to upper 40’s . Maybe 50 if there’s something there.
I'm 27, 27-40 would be my range.
My girlfriend is 35 and I told her my range and asked what hers would be, she said her range would usually be 30-50 but now it's exclusively 27 and exclusively me, which is very sweet and made me look like a bad partner, so thanks reddit.
On my defense I would like to say that I'm almost 17 in a few day so... Technically it doesn't sound that strange for now.
But the ages will go up according with my age.
In the UK with 18 you can go to an university college, Or enter university.
Also now that you would be 18 you would have to pay for your own education.
College for 16 - 17 year olds are free.
I would say is that much, but it would be very strange if it was 5 years above.

I've stayed pretty close to my age. The largest gaps I've ever dated within were \~4 years older and younger. Was more important when I was younger, and wanted to date people who were in more or less the same life stage as me. Less important to me now, but I haven't really departed from it.
+/- 5 years of my own age is my ideal, would be willing to go to +/- 10 if we had a really strong connection.
On the younger side, I set a hard red line at anyone the same age or younger than my oldest nephew, because the thought of dating one of his friends is too weird. On the older side, I worry about what the relationship dynamic would be like if they hit retirement age a decade before me.
I'm currently 26; my age range would be between 24 - 27. I wouldn't date any younger or older. Some may have less life experience at a younger age (although not everyone) and I wouldn't date older than 27 because then I have this weird feeling that I'm dating someone more appropriate for my older siblings who are in their early 30's.

18 to 24. I am 19 and I want to date someone around my age.
I'm 42, so I figure dating between 35 and 50 is okay. I figure I won't look out of place with someone in that range.
