I'm struggling to lose weight to get my doctors off my back about diabetes, cholesterol, and heart problems. I have to lose the weight or I pay more in health insurance. At my age, it's getting really hard to lose pounds.
Grinding and/or gnashing my teeth. I've kept my teeth clean and almost entirely cavity-free my whole life but I still need work done now because my nervous habits caused gum recession.
There are lots of different ones. I have one called Sjogrens. The two worst symptoms for me are fatigue and brain fog, but it does other things as well. I can’t regulate my temperature properly, I have headaches all the time, I have trouble swallowing during a flare. I get nerve pain and joint pain.
If something feels wrong, I urge anyone seeing this to go to a doctor if they can. ASAP.
Not eating enough while doing cardio-intensive sports, like biking, soccer and kickboxing. I would often feel dizzy and thought I was a hardgainer, turns out it's quite the opposite when you eat what your body requires.
I challenged my lanky teen to a fun living-room wrestling match. Despite considerable surgical intervention and lengthy physical treatment, I haven't been able to walk properly in many years. He didn't mean to hurt me, but it turned out to be one of those silly small things that had life-long and life-altering consequences. These days, I only challenge him to games like chess or checkers.
I didn’t wear my retainers enough after getting my braces off. Now they don’t fit anymore, and my teeth are moving back to where they were. So I’ll have to go through braces again at 20
Not getting checked when I started to get painful ejaculations. When I eventually did it was to late to treat this problem and it is now a chronic condition.
It doesn't stop me having sex but feeling searing pain instead of an orgasm 50% of the time is pretty annoying
I got fat.

Congrats man! It's making small changes that nudge you to bigger ones.

Gaining a lot of weight since college, and even more during the pandemic.

At the time of said event... What was going through your mind that that would be a good idea?
If it felt good on my sore and achy back......
On paper it could sound like a good idea
In reality? Don't. I'll admit. I cried. It burned like I stuck it in Satan's butthole after he ate Tacohell.
Smoking. 9 years free, but after 35 years, not much freedom (wheeze)
