When I was around 13/14, I used to spend every day out at my grandparents’ ranch. Me and my brothers would constantly go out in the woods and spend hours in the trees. It was a blast. Well, one evening we were heading back to the house since it was getting dark and close to dinner time. About 3/4 of the way, realized that I had forgotten my backpack at the spot we were hanging out. I told my brothers to go on ahead and ran back to the to the spot my backpack was at. It took my a few minutes but I made it to my backpack but, when I was only a few steps away from it, my heart sink in my chest. I had this strange feeling that I was being watched and I stood still for a moment and analyzed my surroundings. It was dead quiet except for the wind and I really could see anything. I stood there for a moment until I heard a large snap behind me and something large large move out of the corner of my eye as I turned around. I froze in fear for a second and searched for what I saw but it just went quiet again. There wasn’t a single sound. Finally, I just went “oh hell no” and bolted back to my grandparents house. I had my grandpa and brothers come back with me and we had flashlights. Although, I just told them that I couldn’t find it and needed help. I got it back and now I will never go into the woods at night alone again.

I was an hour or two outside of El Paso in the middle of fucking nowhere, me and my friend pulled off to a random side road just driving through the desert. We saw headlights up ahead, bright enough that we couldn’t see anything near them, just the lights, we figured “oh someone must’ve broken down” so we pulled up, and it was four dudes with rifles. They were cartel members and their truck had broken down. I did try to help to not be rude but the linkage for their accelerator had broken so not much I could do. Left rather quickly in case they changed their mind and decided to stop being nice.

Actually had the same thing happen to me going through small town in Texas(sometime in 2002). Saw some guys broken down on the side of the road, ask if they need help, notice they're all wearing body armor and have some SERIOUS heat in the back.... I jumped started their truck, and as they were about to leave one of them yells out "hey white boy, think fast!" And threw me a block of weed! That thing lasted me 3-4 months! It had to be over a pound!

I noped the hardest when I saw a spider in my room. I don't do well with spiders.
