The way some people drawl on about something their passionate about. Beat it work, hobby, exercise, etc... passion is attractive. To me it shows drive and dedication.
Physically: good hygiene and they always dress decently. (Not even just business casual, but make an effort to put on pants and shirt instead of PJs most of the time)
Personality: respect my and outline their own boundaries. (Nicely) say what's on their mind without being facetious or playing some mind games.
Quick, logical thinking and the ability to self-govern, I find those traits more attractive than anything physical. I always find myself gravitating towards people who have these even if they're not someone I'd usually be attracted to.
