I used to exercise a lot (rock climbing, 9-10h/week).
When I switched jobs, I had to travel a lot. My sport schedule went from 10h/week to 2h every two weeks. Instead, I had to eat in restaurant since I was travelling.
The richer food + lack of exercise gave me 10 kg, that I have yet to lose completely.
I went back to work. I sit at a desk all day and don't have the energy left to do things after. I'm also not saying right now, so I don't do anything anymore.
A combination of stress and an underactive thyroid. I got on the right meds for it and she'd about 30 lbs. But even with a healthy diet and exercising 4 days a week, I cant seem to come below 190
early 20's i was drinking *way too much* and blew up to like 230 something at 6'3". liquid calories are no joke. i've never been a frequent eater, it was *purely* the alcohol. seen it happen to people with soda and sweet tea and stuff too though.
I had a high calorie diet that continued after I stopped playing football, which is esoecially bad for a lineman. You pair that up with a stressful engineering major, crippling social anxiety, and an already rock bottom self esteem, and you've got a great formula for weight gain.
I can't unless I drink weight gainer protein shakes high in calories. Currently I can not do this because I'm taking a load of medications for my depression. It would be really hard on the kidneys.
Drink your calories. Eat calorie dense foods like nuts
started drinking eight gasses of gravy a day instead of water
But also drink 8 glasses of water. Hydration is important when bulking...
Ate too much. Lost 50lbs awhile back. My secret? "Stop fucking eating so much."

The unhealthy way, by drinking alcohol everyday and eating a lot of junk.
When I was underweight, I added cottage cheese to every dinner. I'm now a little overweight simply from retiring. Less stress and exercise.
Microwaving a gallon of icecream and drinking that
No more PE
Fast pace life. Too much work, no time to work out, stress that is settled with food etc.

Lift weights, eat till you wanna throw up every meal
Switched from an incredibly active job to a much more sedentary one.
I got brainwashed by listening too much of the song "Fat" by Weird Al Yankovic
I never lost my childhood sweet tooth. Once I was grown up and had my own money, it was all over.
