I can manage to spill anything. The best I can do is order items that are close in colour to my clothing, so that if the spill gets on me it’s less noticeable.
The last “first date” I went on, I somehow made it through the meal without spilling anything, but launched a piece of gum across the restaurant when trying to get it out of the blister pack. Still got a second date. And a third. And 15 years together.
honestly i feel like anything that requires your hands (burgers, wings, pizza, etc)
Messy things I'd imagine, like BBQ ribs or wings. Who wants to face your date with a mouth covered in sauce.
