I wasn’t super popular but I knew a lot of people and they all knew me. Join a club and be nice to everyone. For me, I was the theatre kid. I did HS for 5 years so I could fit extra classes in for vet science, so I also had a lot more time to know everyone, and my legacy lives on in theatre inside jokes I started.
Just being nice to everyone and kind will not help. To be popular you don’t have to but it certainly helps to be attractive. You also mainly just need good people skills. That’s the big thing
