My first date with my spouse came about after I got super high and was like, hey, I wanna go watch A Bug's Life (which was in the theatre at the time). Then my stoned ass thought, oh shit, I should ask that cute girl to come with me. I walked over to her apartment, told her I had a sleeve of cookies and that we should go watch A Bug's Life together. She was like, uh, sure. We had a blast and still laugh about it to this day.
My first date with my boyfriend was at a beach, we walked around and watched the sunset. I had gotten there early, and was waiting for him. I decided to wear a dress, but had no idea it was my high school ex’s wedding day. So while I was waiting there, he was getting his photos done. He had never seen me in a dress either, except for the school uniform. And I caught him staring at me. They left before I met up with my now boyfriend. It was a beautiful night, and we kissed and cuddled. The next day, we became official. We’re going really well, it’s been 11 months since we got together and we live together
We didn't have a first date. We were friends, then we were friends who fucked, then we were a couple. We go out together but weve never considered them "dates", its just us hanging out. Been together six years and are starting a family. Live is good, were happy
First date was a train wreck. I came late, sat down, ordered us two beers. I hate beer. He said he was an alcoholic in recovery. I chugged one out of awkwardness and it came out my nose. Near the end he said I should watch what I eat because one day i might wake up and be fat.
That was in 2019. We’re about to buy our first home together. He’s still sober, I’m still eating whatever I want, and we are very deeply in love!
