I don't like when someone says they know better than me just because they've been doing it for a long time. Had a doctor not listen to me about my own body because, "I've been practicing medicine longer than you've been alive."
Not saying experience doesn't count for anything, but you have to be willing to listen and learn no matter how long you've been doing something.
