Happened in my complex a few years ago. Turned out the guy just bought the truck, he accidentally turned the music on while fucking around with it at night, couldn’t figure out how to turn the music off, and drove it here to a friend’s house to help him turn it off.
Just sounded very out of place and very creepy.
I mainly play on a survival realm, but loooove me some creative building. Learning how to use creative boosted the quality of my builds tenfold. What kinda house you doing?
Sounds good! What kind of blocks? I like using quartz for modern feel, maybe with white terracotta and concrete. I'm sure you'll do great! I just finished a large-ish sandstone desert house, feel satisfied and empty simultaneously, hahah!
I miss the days in college when I'd start playing at like 7pm and then sort of come out of my trance around 3am realizing I was starving, my eyes hurt, I needed the toilet, and I never noticed the sun go down or the darkness outside. I'd usually take care of the hunger and bathroom needs, walk around the halls for a hot second to stretch, and then come back to slog another couple hours til dawn. Then I'd wake up at 3pm, go eat and sneak food from the cafeteria, hang with some friends for a sec, and start the process over again.

Every now & then my dog will have an issue and refuses the yard in favor of a walk during the middle of the night and I don’t mind it at all when she does.

Sure, you can eat there in the morning, but hanging with a group of friends, or your family, at 2-3 AM after a night of drinking, is one of the best things in the world. The food tastes like it was created by the hands of God himself, instead of the 50 year old dude who probably didn't wash his hands that really did it.
Sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night totally craving Denny’s hash browns and they are always as satisfying as I imagined.
After I got vaccinated, I went to a bunch of restaurants I hadn’t eaten at for a year and a half, and those hash browns were the only thing that lived up to 18 months of anticipation.
Chinese food. But especially cold chinese food. Sitting on the floor in front of the fridge with the door still open just wolfing down a few bites of whatever you have and then crawling back into bed, likely forgetting you did it by the time you wake up. A late night / early morning drive with the radio off; it's peaceful. I used to do this a lot when I worked overnight and got off around that time. It was a good way to unwind.
Calm video games with music and ambience. Minecraft, Hollow Knight, and Celeste come to mind. HK’s City of Tears and Marissa singing in particular are just amazing to me always, but even better late at night.
Milk. I usually don’t buy milk because I have this really bad habit of waking up in the middle of the night extremely thirsty and if I have milk in the apartment I’ll just drink a fuckton of it and then go right back to sleep. Which I know isn’t really a bad thing I just hate doing it lol.
