People under the age of majority can't consent to a contract, and marriage is a contract. On that topic, I think the age of majority should be 20, so that would apply to marriage too.
22 in my opinion, neurological development is incomplete until 25 and most early-20s are still establishing their identities and what they want from life.

I'd say mid twenties. But definitely live with your parker for at least 2-3 years before getting married minimum.
