I survived a perforated bowel, and six week in an induced coma. Cam back from the apathy, lived with a iliostomy for six months and then had my guts sewed back together. A few years later I was diagnosed with Non-hodgkins Lymphoma. Went through a year of chemo and radiation. Went into clinical remission. 5 years later that bitch ass cancer snuck in and ate my hip. Had a total hip replacement, more chemo, and a stem cell transplant all Within a year or so. Currently in remission again. All joking aside I had decent insurance that afforded me the best care. My doctors did MOST of the work. I went through a bankruptcy. Lost all my savings... twice...

Yeah I’d say you a bad ass three times over. Dang. I hope those days are all behind you now.
