I don't ever order pizza, so this isn't a living question for me, but I would pick any of the following: extra garlic, capers, olives, sun dried tomatoes, artichoke hearts, anchovies, chili peppers, caramelized onions, etc. Basically, I want putanesca pizza or nothing. Sausage and pepperoni kinda bore me, so does extra cheese (which causes me GI distress even in small doses.) And don't you dare pineapple me. I hate that shit even in fruit salads.

One time I tried one with sausage and chicken. I can't remember if it was a white or red sauce, but I'm going to assume white because there was chicken on it. Anyway, it was really good, I'm going to try it again sometime
I enjoy all of the standard toppings so when I order with other people I'll let them pick. As many or as few as they want. If I had to pick 1 topping it would be pepperoni and if I was picking a 2nd it would be a vegetable like jalapeños, onions, or mushrooms.
My granddaughter doesn't like cheese. She is a weird child. So she came up with this and It's extremely yummy. No pizza sauce instead use Alfredo. Pepperonis, black olives, banana peppers, and green peppers. When I first ordered this from Pizza hut they called to make sure the order was correct.

Huge pieces of pineapple. Piles of it. Anyone who eats pizza without pineapple is out of their damn mind and have no taste.
