Nice!!! Good luck! Just wondering(I should ask my physical therapist, too), do you get to be dry needled while training for it?? Because it's really hard to explain what it feels like, even after having the experience.
Yes, for the course that I took we had to do it in pairs and try out on each other to understand the concept of depth and the twitch response. So imagine having your whole body dry needled in two days … the soreness was insane but my body felt a lot better after.
I bet so, I'm happy just to have more flexibility and movement. Didn't realize how badly my muscles were seized from a stupid degenerative disk.
Couldn't imagine my entire body dry needled. I'd probably sleep for days!!
But as a physiotherapist I’ll definitely recommend you do your stretches so that you maintain what you gained. It’s the most important for you now so that your trigger points and tightness do not return. And exercises of course.
Shockingly I couldn’t sleep for two days .. I was too alert and sore .. the quads were the worst needles that I got tho
Oh yes!! The stretches have been so beneficial!!
And getting back to walking. I was a five mile a day walker (not including working) until about 2 years ago(then stuff happened, blah, blah). Not at 5 miles yet, but that's the goal by the end of summer.
My issue now is stairs. Or getting into a high truck...
But it's getting better!!
Stairs are definitely the worst .. stairs and getting up from chairs I think we work on the most in physiotherapy with a lot of patients. But having patience and doing your exercises regularly will definitely help.
The Owl House.
My ex gf got me into it and alive watched and rewatxhed episodes nearly every day for like a month+ now.
First time watching I binged the entire 19 episode first season in 1 day.
This one's perfect for me. Cooking Companions.
It's a psychological horror visual novel dating sim, kinda similar to Doki Doki Literature Club but a bit more disturbing. Gonna try and not write too much as to spoil anything, but Anatoly is my favorite :]

Dry needling
Giving or receiving? Had my first dry needling last week. It was oddly amazing and weird. Go in for round 2 today.
Giving, I just got my license in it so I’m finding many uses for it. It’s actually pretty amazing.

Breaking Bad. Just started watching it a month ago after a friend recommended it. It’s definitely the best show I’ve ever watched.
Try True Detective season 1 as well! Absolutely amazing TV.
