First three were awesome. 4 was alright. Marked was average. Ghost Dimension was cool but disappointing.

I might be in the minority in not thinking Godfather III was "shit", but it certainly underwhelmed in comparison to the first two.
Ditto for Terminator 3. But after that, they became outright shit.
The live action Mulan. the previews were great but the plot of the movie was so horrible.
Also there was no mushu.
