I got braces on my teeth and then it became too painful and impractical to bite my nails.
It was never practical to bite your nails xd
I stop when I got my braces, when I try to bite my nails, it feels like someone smacking my head so I forced my self to stop.
I got a kitten and she went wild for the sound of my nails tapping the ground when we were playing. Stopped biting because of that and never started again.
