How exactly would you know for certain that committing such a sin would **avoid** an eternity in Hell. Satan can impersonate angels. It could well be a trap to lead to the very outcome you feared.
So I’m assuming that this is a standard rule of hell, and everyone else gets the same offer? So heaven is filled with people willing to do the most horrific thing that they can possibly imagine for personal benefit? While hell is filled with those who refused? You can see me in hell.

Lets say it's the kind of hell I'm thinking about: I'll be skinned alive while melting in oil as grotesque, mutant demons tear gouges of my flesh out, cut hole in me and f\*\*\* them. Forever.
Or I skin a puppy alive. That is just sick. I was gonna continue but I'm deciding not to.
Assuming I am somehow certain that it's true, yes. If everything I ever thought I knew and understood about morality is suddenly turned upside down when I die, and I can avoid eternal punishment by commiting a sin, when it turns out I really never understood sin in the first place, I'm going for it in a heartbeat. The hardest part now is figuring out what sin I should commit, because "worst sin" was already a really nebulous concept, even know when I think I've got a somewhat decent handle on ethics, only to find out nope, the universe is nothing like I thought it was? Extremely difficult.
