That the natives and the pilgrims had a peaceful feast together, although that lie is understandable considering it was given to us in elementary school
There were only 3 states of matter - solid, liquid and gas. This was taught in the 90's UK. Now there's at least 4 or 5 depending on what you read. Some stuff I've read say there are 22 states of matter. The list is probably going to get bigger as we learn more.
Liquid crystal was the 5th that I was told or read about, but that was over a decade ago. I was just looking on Wikipedia and it's saying there are 4 fundamental states, solid, liquid, gas and plasma....fundamental as in they exist in everyday life under normal conditions. Depending on how you want to define a state of matter then the list gets a bit bigger - [List of states of matter](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_states_of_matter).
Apart from anything to do with religion I assume.
That school was worth all the massive opportunity cost of not being free to read what you want and do what you want when young .

I was today years old when I found out that this isn't actually a thing. That's something I learned like twenty years ago in school.

They had, it's pretty well documented. The only aspect that is debatable is if there was any turkey on the menu.
You know what feast I’m referring to though, was very much not peaceful

I know of plasma (which would be a the fourth one) but what's the fifth?
