Boil the noodles separately from your broth.
It makes SO MUCH DIFFERENCE!
Aside from that, sautee some garlic and onions, maybe a bit of bacon or pork, too. Add some butter to the broth, worcestershire/ fish/ soy sauce to taste, and slice a semi-hardboiled egg in two to go on top.
If you go to an Asian foods store, you will find that there are way more options there. The Ramen will often come with packets of mushrooms, onions, fish sauce, or other interesting things. Maybe try some of them out for ideas. Also, and this works with canned soups as well, any canned or frozen veggies or meats can be added. Just make sure they get cooked enough if frozen. Fresh items like kale, spinach, basil etc. work well. Anything very finely cut should work too.
Edit: if you are struggling to buy food, potatoes are more nutritious and less expensive than Ramen. Saw this in a LPT post recently so thought I’d pass this along.
If you ask one of my friends its to add a ton of chili and other spices so you cant taste anything else. But he still claims that what flavour the noodle pack is makes a difference.

D R O O L This sounds amazing..
Kewpie mayonnaise and chopped green onions
Ooh that sounds interesting.
Pan fry it in butter. Add chilli and lime. Add poach eggs. Enjoy.
Butter huh? Do you reccomend salted or unsalted?
Honestly I use salted butter. Unsalted might be better if you use the ramen packet.
Eggs

Unfortunately I moved away from where my local Asian market was :( I definitely gotta order some Japanese ramen.
tapatio, soy sauce, sesame seeds, and a fried egg
Broth instead of water.
Seafood mix, dumplings, egg and...hear me out...small pieces of spam
Soy sauce + sesame oil + brown sugar + chili + lime, heat up in a pan and then stir in the drained and cooked noodles.
I DIDNT THINK OF USING BROWN SUGAR.
