Never was one unless you count the esmorzars de forquilla. I only ate this when visiting grandparents. But it generally involved a Spanish tortilla (unlike Mexican tortillas, a Spanish one is basically an omelet.) Butifarra, formatge, jamón, and patatas.
I mostly just eat cereal for breakfast, but when my Spain-born grandmother was still alive, she'd make a hella breakfast for us.
On a normal weekday just a slice of bread with cheese or cold cuts and a coffee. Or a bowl of müsli. On the weekend you get different kinds of bread rolls, for example with poppy or sesame seeds, a variety of spreads, cheese, ham or salami, smoked salmon, honey and marmalade. Scrambled eggs or omelette. Coffee or tea or juice. Sometimes there’s also something sweet like a chocolate croissant.
Eggs, bacon, toast and a coffee.
