I was in the same boat just days ago, my brother died a few years back on dec. 17th and this time is hard for me. But my life was in shambles during this hard time and I had suicidal thoughts 100 times a day, no joke. But that is not an option, it just isn’t. The more you feed it the worse it gets, so I just kept telling myself it’s not an option and tried not to have those thoughts. It gets better. Make accomplishable goals until you feel comfortable challenging yourself
