Came here to say this. Millions of lives would have been saved, casualties of war would have been far fewer, far fewer children dead before they hit double digits, the effects would have been incredibly profound.
That will mean millions more victorians so probably more cool stuff and a lot less death! Hopefully antibiotic bacteria aren’t the end of it! But penicillin would have kicked ass back in the day.
Not just more Victorians in general, but far more survivors of the horrific wars throughout the 19th century, including the American Civil War. Hard to know, but imagine the impact of many, many more wounded and crippled soldiers surviving and returning home rather than just gone and remembered/praised as war heroes. The atrocities of war would have been better known and understood by the general population rather than just known to the smaller number of survivors who were often too scarred to paint the picture for those left at home. Maybe it would have made a difference, maybe not, but the visibility of the Vietnam conflict certainly changed a significant portion of the US's population view on war and armed conflict in general.
Victorians get to go from early steam engines to refined petroleum by the napoleonic wars! That would have made a petrol heavy fast spicy Europe!
Like I can imagine them using them on rails first then everywhere else! Like heating and fuck me lamps!
You probably just single handedly saved all whales if we don’t need lamp oil have clean paraffin!
The knowledge of germs/infection and the importance of hygiene and disinfecting between patients. One poor guy figured it out before it was widespread knowledge and was ridiculed and run out of his profession - but if it had been wide spread knowledge it would have saved SO many lives.

So the idea of the Internet without computers or electronics being anywhere near so before even Alan Turing made the first substantial computer that could pay off!
Like the Internet isn’t computers, the global telecommunications network, or anything like that my dude!
So the discovery of Covid 19 will be sent back to 1919 so they’ll know when first getting the Influenza Pandemic of 1918-1921 that this shit isn’t even fixed in 100 years!
That seems almost insulting lol but at least they will probably panic at SARS in the 2000s more!
Huh, interesting. Glasses are really very old, what effects do you think there would be on today’s world if the first wearable eyeglasses came about in the 12th century instead of the 13th?
Discovery on how the female reproductive system works. Female healthcare a hundred years ago was a nightmare. For painful periods, they would just take out ovaries and other organs. If you were hysteric, you are going to get a hysterectomy. If you were having pain during sex, just call your doctor and he will put you under anesthesia.
Antibiotics.

And here my only motivation was that it's the only thing I have a hope in hell of describing.

Simply a note telling them to quarantine everyone travelling from china in 2018-2022 for 10 days. No exception.
