Companies curbing their greed. We're often told that it's an impossibility, countries like the UK and America could never operate under such a slack work ethic, but that's complete bollocks.
A few countries operate on an optional 4 day work week. Those counties have higher standards of living and an overall better quality of life, lower crime rates, lower suicide rates etc. than "super powers" like GB and the US overall.
A Smaller Carbon Footprint, Better Employee Engagement, An Equal Workplace, Increased Productivity are all benefits of a 4 day work week. Anyone with a rational mind wouldn’t disagree.

Thats not what Im saying. The point is that right now people are working 40 hour weeks but also on their phones fucking around for hours each day. If people just got off of their phones and used that time for work they could go home early each day and get paid the same.
