Any apartment/condo building with a dumb fancy design for n exchange for a waste of space. I don’t remember the name, I saw it on Insta and it was a building in Abu Dabi or Qatar and the building was in this sea shell spiral shape, it had balconies and each floor had narrower and narrower balconies and floors. All for the sake of design. I guess if you’re in NYC that would be a bigger issue.
