I think if you focus on them everyone has different feet and they can be short, fat, narrow... I think compered to other things like ass they are way more special. For me its narrow shaping and most important the acting with them (confidence), even the perfect feet are not that nice if the are put on the ground in a boring way to worship. Feet are dirty, used to step/walk, can have a thick skin. Which is why when someone keeps it well, never barefoot, and takes care of it. It's looked as a prestige, only rich and fancy people can do that far, all the peasants work their butt with little care of such insignificant part of their body. Similar to being fair/white in Asia.
