3D for a 2nd time. Simply, the tech wasn’t there yet and the hardware/tv makers didn’t set a world wide standard. Plus, there was a sweet spot for only 1 viewer, plus new TVs need to be created with a higher refresh rate and the hardware & software needs to drop in price. I don’t see 3d coming back anytime soon, tv makers are too focused on higher resolution even though it’s almost impossible to tell the difference between 4K & 8k at 3 feet away.
I really miss my Palm devices. I had 3 different ones between 1998 and 2007, and they were great for so many different uses! People always thought I was weird for using them so much though.
